Lucking in 2013, James worked for nearly a decade as a litigator at a top-tier international law firm, where his practice focused on civil litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, and financial services regulatory defense. At The Law Offices of James P. Lucking, James has continued to focus on these practice areas, while expanding his practice to include condominium law, construction law, landlord-tenant law, debt collection, and mediation. With over two decades of experience, James is a seasoned attorney whose practice combines the sophistication of a large law firm with the responsiveness, flexibility, and cost-efficiency of a boutique.
James is a 2001 graduate of Columbia Law School and a 1998 graduate of Tufts University. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state and federal courts, and has a nationwide arbitration practice.
